WHY we do WHAT we do? 28th June 2019 – WHY we do WHAT we do?

If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.                                                                                                                                     ~~Tony Robbins

By understanding the needs that shape your behaviour, you are able to control your life effectively, and even learn how to create new patterns that lead to lasting fulfillment. In this light, a workshop on “Why We Do What We Do?” was organized by Mr. Kamalneet Singh from “PROMISE” on 28th June.

The session was initiated with the guest telling the audience that whatever emotion you’re after, whatever goal you pursue – whether it’s setting up a business, getting married, raising a family or travelling the world – there are six basic universal needs that drive all human behaviour.

The point was further proved by involving the audience and sharing their experiences. Every single person in this world has these same six needs, but each of us value and prioritize these needs in different ways. This is what becomes the driving force behind why we do what we do and gives direction to our lives. The workshop was an enriching experience and made the audience realize that it is the moments of decision that shapes our destiny.
